Skills requirement
3.1, the working medium for mechanical pump oil, diffusion pump oil or vacuum grease.
3.2, the working temperature of -25 ~ +80 degrees.
3.3, in the case of gas-filled gas protection, the protection of gas pressure is not higher than 5E +4 Pa.
3.4, the physical and mechanical properties of rubber material should ensure that the vacuum chamber pressure is not higher than 1E-4Pa.
3.5, J-type vacuum rubber ring work surface should be smooth, does not allow air bubbles impurities, uneven uneven defects, the appearance of its non-surface quality indicators should be consistent with the provisions of Table 2.
